Korean Janggu Drum , The Drum of Rain. A drum of the highest quality which, aside from one small mark on the shell, is in perfect condition. Janggu (장구), is the hour-glass shaped drum with two heads and is the most representative drum in traditional Korean music. The connecting ropes and belts are adjusted to change the pitch. Janggu can be played seated or carried across the body with a sling. Comes with Gungchae and Yeolchae sticks, sling for playing in standing position and carry case. The case I is torn (see pictures) but is still in working order.
