Selling vintage 80’s Paiste 1000 16 inch crash A very thin and light crash, high in tone and washy similar to a ‘fast crash’ to my ears. These cymbals were sold back then as an intermediate line but were up there with the pro cymbals, probably why they were discontinued. Similar to a ‘505’ or 2002 n sound. There is some age related patina, fingerprints and marks all over the cymbal, could be cleaned off i think but I didn’t want to risk it. No keyholing, no cracks or dinks.
