This particular Pellet Drum is believed to be a single double headed drum which has two pellets which are each connected by a cord to the drum. The drum is affixed to a vertical rod which can be rotated back and forth along its axis in one hand or between the palms of both hands which cause the pellets to strike the drum in a similar manner.
