Floating top cymbal pad: Unlike simple rubber trigger cymbals, the VH-11 uses a floating design where the top cymbal pad sits above a fixed base. The top cymbal moves up/down like a real hi-hat, giving anatural feel and rebound much closer to acoustic hi-hats.
