The Sakae 14x6.5 Cypresssnare drum is probably one of the best snare drums to come out of the original Sakae factory. It was only made in small numbers. For many years I had a 14x5.5 version, and tried ,without success to find its “Big Brother”. It is similar, but LOUDER ! You will see from the copy of the Salesman’s brochure, that retail was £739 when it was introduced. There is only one more of these drums on eBay - £1395. Buy mine quickly before I revise the price !
