This set is made by one of the renowned Tabla Maker, Somnath Kakade. Dayan (the wooden drum) is made of Sheesham Wood and has a Diameter of 5,75 inches. It weights about 4,2 kg. It can be tuned from C# - D# Bayan (the metal drum) is made of copper and has beautiful hand-hammered body. It weights about 3,5 Kg and has a beautiful deep Bass. A set of Rings, Covers, Tunning Hammer and pegs for Bayan are included.
