Vintage Premier 13x9 Tom I believe this may be from the Premier Elite range. Birch shell with beech reinforcement hoops. The original wrap has been removed, sanded, and refinished in Black “Loof” Frenchic chalk paint, finished with five coats of satin varnish. It looks absolutely awesome. The internal tone control mechanism is missing, and there are additional holes which may have been for the original tom mount.
