I think this was a tom tom in its first life. But I have only ever used it as an aux snare. It's been fantastic as that I may add. Popping/Bam sort of cutting tone. It has Gibraltar snare wires on it, new heads (as of Aug 2025) - And also has a ludwig snare throw.
