I believe this could be an old Premier 14 x 5.5 wooden snare drum. It's missing two of its tension rods and it's only based on these rods that I am suggesting this could be premier. I have only ever seen rods like this on old British drums but I invite you to study the pictures and draw your own conclusions. It looks like it has been re-wrapped at some point and it's not a very good job, as the wrap is rather wrinkled in places - with patience, it could probably be sorted out, but replacing it completely might be quicker. Selling for parts or for repair. Includes the nice padded gig bag shown in the pictures.
