I believe this is an old Premier 14 x 5.5 wooden snare drum. It's missing the top tension rods. It looks like it has been re-wrapped at some point and it's wasn't a very good job, as the wrap is rather wrinkled in places - with patience, it could probably be sorted out, but replacing it completely might be quicker. Selling for parts or for repair. Includes the nice padded gig bag shown in the pictures.
